Gidday, Today the wind was once again blustery and made boat control challenging at times. We only had three races today with two wins and one loss. Our loss came to fellow kiwi William Tiller after a very close and thrilling match. We managed to gain a penalty on Will in the prestart dialup. Greetings from Perth, Today was a lesson for us in how to match race in the breeze as the ‘Fremantle doctor’ came in strong this afternoon blowing 25-30 knots. It was a fairly brutal day on the water with two big collisions in other matches, with boats holed and points deducted for boats in the wrong. Added to this were a couple of injuries to the team.
